Just 15 minutes from the sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee is this brand-new bungalow. The accommodation was recently completed and is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beautifully situated on Recreatiepark De Wielen in Sint Maarten. An ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday! Living and dining room The bungalow is tastefully decorated. The cosy and comfortable sofa in the living room seats 3.
The two cosy chairs complete the seating area. The dining room has a large dining table with 5 chairs. The entire accommodation is delightfully heated by underfloor heating. Open kitchen The modern and well-equipped kitchen has sufficient kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, filter coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery. There is a washing machine in a separate room. Bedrooms The bedrooms of this lovely bungalow are on the first floor and are also tastefully decorated.
Bathroom The luxurious and spacious bathroom is located on the 1st floor and has a sink and a shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. Parking One car can be parked directly at the accommodation. Garden Behind the accommodation is a spacious garden. The garden is fully enclosed and offers plenty of space. Pets Pets are not allowed. Extra Washing machine, Wi-Fi and digital TV are available. The accommodation is a non-smoking house. Swimming pool The outdoor pool in the park offers plenty of space to relax.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
