Korfwaterweg 41 was completely renovated in spring 2020. The accommodation is suitable for 6-8 people. Kitchen The open kitchen is fully equipped with an extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, hotplate, refrigerator and oven. Sanitary Bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is separate Living room The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area with digital TV and is heated with central heating. Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed and two single beds. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and two "rooms" (rooms) upstairs with a single bed. These areas can be reached via a steep staircase. Garden There is a large garden all around, which borders the forest. Ideal for children. There is sun all day. On the new veranda you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Facing south. Of course, garden chairs are available. Attention! The garden is not fully fenced, there is an open passage to the front. Extra: The accommodation has free WiFi, there is a washing machine, cot and high chair and a garage. The holiday home is ideally located in Korfwater. You are on the beautiful sandy beach of Petten in 5 minutes. Please note! Bed linen is not included in your booking as standard. You can bring your own or rent it from us. You can add bed linen when booking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
