The holiday home for 2 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi, a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a steam shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The house is heated by ground heat exchange and electricity is partly generated by PV panels. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station and a private driveway, suitable for a maximum of two cars, generously spacious, for a double unit.

This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 18 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
