The dunes are within walking distance, as well as an indoor swimming pool, golf course and other local amenities.

This beautifully designed holiday home has a modern appearance and is tastefully decorated. The Villa can accommodate 10 people and possibly your accompanying dog. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen are attractive and fully equipped. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 spacious bathrooms with, among other things, a bath, double sink and separate shower. Both a bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. This makes the villa extremely user-friendly. The house also has 2 extra sofa beds or additional beds for these sofa beds in the bedrooms.

The holiday home is located on a spacious plot of 400m2 and has a deep sun-oriented garden with a spacious terrace and evening lighting. The house also has a washing machine, ample parking at the house, underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
