The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a DVD player and a CD player. Located in Huisduinen, this former coastguard tower has been transformed into a holiday home for 2 with a spectacular view. De Kustwachttoren has been renovated while maintaining its original character, with the holiday apartment situated on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of the tower with stunning views over land and sea.

From the sofa on the 5th floor, guests can use binoculars to look for seals. Guests can even spot the island of Texel in all its glory. Through the patio doors, guests can access the balustrade, which was built to encircle the tower. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are very comfortable and are perfect for a couple looking to relax.
The owner provides 2 bikes free of charge to guests. And can also provide breakfast on the first morning at a nominal charge. Guests are welcome to use the free Wifi inside the apartment.

Shops and a supermarket are located 3 km away. Although it is possible to cook a lovely meal in De Kustwachttoren, guests will find various restaurants in the vicinity. After a walk on the beach, it is lovely settling down in one of the beach pavilions. A visit to Fort Kijkduin is a must.

There are 2 bicycles available for you free of charge.
You can arrange breakfast for the 1st morning through the homeowner. Costs 35 euros for 2 people.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near De Kustwachttoren in Huisduinen you can go to the water, the harbour or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
