The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna and a balcony. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and TV. Exit to the balcony. Balcony, garden 23 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Enkhuizen: Old, historical villa "VOC-Huys", built in 1777. In the centre of Enkhuizen, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the beach. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Narrow motor access. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 500 m, railway station "Enkhuizen" 500 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km, lake IJsselmeer 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Zuiderzeemuseum 500 m, Sprookjeswonderland 2 km, Amsterdam 65 km, Alkmaar 48 km, Bataviastad (shopping outlet) 31 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Groups of youngsters are not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near VOC-Huys in Enkhuizen you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
