Exit to the balcony. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. IPod docking station. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Pets on request.

Comfortable apartment house "De Zeeparel", built in 2009. At the seaside, on the beach, road to cross. In the house: WiFi. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 500 m, bus stop "Boulevard Noord" 100 m, diving center 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Vuurtoren Jan van Speijck 600 m, Abdij van Egmond 5 km, Nationaal Biermuseum 9 km, Kaasmarkt Alkmaar 10 km, De Zaansche Molen 21 km. The costs for a babycot includes bed linnen. Additional cleaning costs will be charged for stays longer than 2 weeks (95 Euro per week). In addition to the pet fee, an additional 25 Euro cleaning fee applies when you bring a pet.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
