The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Situated adjacent to the owner’s house, it provides a tranquil setting for up to four guests. The living and dining area boasts tasteful décor, with a cozy sofa, an extra chair, and a dining table with comfortable seating. Underfloor heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the enclosed terrace offers a private outdoor space with garden furniture. The open kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, and ample crockery for a convenient stay.

The property’s location is ideal for nature enthusiasts, being close to the sea, beaches, and dunes, perfect for walking and cycling adventures. Within a short walk, guests can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool "De Veersloot" (open seasonally) or dine at the nearby Brasserie "De Kastanjeboom," known for its delicious meals and drinks. The SPAR supermarket, located just 300 meters away, provides fresh groceries, sandwiches, and ready-made meals. The surrounding area features breathtaking tulip fields, windmills, and charming villages, making it a great base for exploring North Holland’s beauty.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a double bed with single duvets, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests. The spacious bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a walk-in shower and a large washbasin, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
