General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, a shower, a bath and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and two coffee makers.

The center of De Koog is 3 km away. Located on the edge of the forest, your holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful island of Texel.

The living/ dining room has a wood-burning stove and through the sliding doors you reach your private terrace with garden furniture. South-facing location. The garden offers enough space for the children to play. The kitchen has all the comfort you need. Bedroom number 1 with 2 single beds and bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other 3 bedroom with 2 single beds each can be found on the 1st floor with a bathroom and a wonderful sauna.

The island of Texel is known for its good cycling and hiking trails. We can really recommend renting a bicycle. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. For the kids, the swimming paradise Calluna and Ecomare with its seals is a popular excursion.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
