General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In 2019, two types of restyled apartments were finished in Residence Bosch en Zee, within walking distance of the pleasant centre of De Koog, on the beautiful island of Texel.

There's a 2-4 person apartment on the ground floor (BF-9XBMZ), with a terrace. There also i a 2-4 person apartment on the first floor (BF-9XBMZ), with a balcony.

Both types of apartments have a living room with TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette features a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine. There's one bedroom with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double set-up. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. You'll have garden furniture at your disposal on the terrace or balcony.

There is a lake/open water less than 2,7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Bosch en Zee 1 in De Koog you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
