Broek in Waterland is one of the most beautiful villages in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam. By bike you can reach Volendam, Marken, Monnickendam or Amsterdam in no time. You can also rent whisper boats nearby and sail through Waterland and the surrounding area. You can use a canoe for free.
This cozy farmhouse is located in the middle of nature. Enjoy a spectacular view of the meadows, the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a large garden where you can relax and private parking under a roof. Room with kitchen and bedroom with shower: 60 m2. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine for a pleasant stay.
For nature lovers: every morning and evening goose migration to and from the IJsselmeer. In the spring, the view of courting and breeding black-tailed godwits, lapwings, oystercatchers or redshanks. Carps spawn in the ditches and from this nature house you can see grebes, moorhens and coots. Around the house breeding blackbirds, sparrows, starlings, great tits, blue tits. Especially a feast for the eyes is the flight behaviour of the many swallows that breed here in the summer. Migrants come here all year round.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
