General

The holiday home for 22 persons has six bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and nine double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two stair gates, a TV and three heaters. In addition there is a balcony, a conservatory, a sauna, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are two swimming pools. The badroom is equipped with six washbasins, four toilets and six showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a convection microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

This spacious, detached and restyled villa is located at the wooded holiday park De Katjeskelder, not far from De Biesbosch National Park and yet only 10 km from the pleasant city of Breda.

The villa consists of three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and well-equipped open plan kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with a bubble bath and one with a sauna. On the second floor, you'll find another two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each floor also has a separate toilet.

All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which might be in a double set-up. Unless otherwise mentioned, the bathrooms feature a shower. Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace. There are two cots, two high chairs, stair gates and protect wall sockets. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

Outside, there is an unfenced garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is a parking in the vicinity of the villa.

At De Katjeskelder holiday park you can rent various accommodations for groups from four to twenty two people.

Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Holiday Park Katjeskelder is closed from Monday 6 to Sunday 19 January 2025.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
