The holiday home for 16 persons has four bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with seven double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heathers and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a boules court, a swimming pool, a pond, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, five washbasins, four toilets and five showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove and two coffee makers.

This beautiful farmhouse is located in Alphen in North Brabant. The house has a warm interior with beautiful details. You will find a luxurious living room, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can accommodate 16 people: families, friends and households are all welcome.

For a day out, this region offers plenty of attractions. Explore beautiful Breda, take a day trip to the Efteling or the Beekse bergen. Or go walking or cycling among the countryside on the border between the Netherlands and Belgium.

Various seating areas have been created in the enormous garden. The whirlpool (in use all year round) has been concealed as an ornamental element in a terrace garden. Finally, you also have a wellness area with a swimming pool (open from mid-March until the end of October) and a sauna. This house is next to the same owner's house BF-T6YKP, but they are separated by a road. The houses are equipped with a filter coffee machine and, in addition, there is also a Senseo pads machine available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
