General

The holiday home for 18 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, two heaters and a stair gate. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna and a set of garden furniture and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, a bath, three toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

This detached, restyled villa is located at Holiday Park Weerterbergen, located at 30 km from the city of Eindhoven.

The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and open plan kitchen with, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are also two bedrooms (one double bedroom and a 3-person bedroom), each with its own bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are five more bedrooms (two double and three triple) and three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna. Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's a storage room and parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
