This charming holiday home is located in the middle of the nature preserve close to the little village of Stramproy. The home is perfectly situated for hiking and biking, since the Stramproyse Heide and Tungelerwallen nature preserves are close by. You can really experience the area's tranquillity and natural beauty here. There is also an extensive network of cycling routes in the area.

Cities such as Roermond and Maastricht are well worth a visit but be sure to explore the village of Stramproy itself. There are many charming cafes and restaurants and enough shops to fill an entire day. Children will find a variety of playground equipment in the park and if you don't feel like cooking there is a restaurant that serves delicious meals.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
