General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, three washbasins, three showers, four toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

This holiday home is especially for people with muscle disorders and other physical disabilities (including any accompanying persons). The house houses various technical facilities so that even guests with more severe disabilities can holiday there. The kitchen is fully equipped with an accessible wheelchair to prepare delicious meals. An assistance dog is also welcome!

All necessary shopping can be done in the supermarket within walking distance. The Lions House is 5 minutes away from the village centre, where there is always something to do. Enjoy the delights of the restaurants in the area and visit nearby places such as Mönchengladbach in Germany, 47 km from the accommodation. Near Panningen and the border region, you will find several museums, castles, shopping centres and parks, for example in cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen, Moers, Mönchengladbach and Cologne.

The property has a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 electrically operated high/low beds and a rail system with hoist for comfortable moving to and from the bathroom. The ground-floor bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible washbasin.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
