General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, a bath and two toilets.

These modern and comfortable apartments in Resort Maastricht were finished by the middle of 2018.

The apartments are located on the different floors around Wilhelmusplein, the central part of the resort, where most of the facilities can also be found. They include a number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery.

The spacious apartments are comfortably furnished and built in a maisonette style which means it is spread over two floors. On the entrance floor are the living room and the open kitchen with luxury appliances. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub and sauna. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Outside, you'll have a south-facing garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ at your disposal. You can park in the resort's central parking area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
