This detached kids villa can be found in spacious Resort Maastricht. At the back, the villa borders on a playing field with various kinds of playground equipment.
The villa is perfect for (grand)parents with small children/grandchildren. The interior is comfortable, modern and atmospheric. There is a spacious living room with cosy wood stove. The modern open kitchen is fitted with a variety of appliances, including an American fridge.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, two of which with a children's (bunk) bed and two with two single beds. There also is a bathroom with bubble bath and a bathroom with shower. There are two further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the second floor.
All beds are single box-spring beds, which are either pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately in a twin-room setup. You'll have a washing machine at your disposal. There are two baby gates, child-safe plugs and there is additional child inventory. Including toys, for example. The villa is suitable for up to 8 adults and four children.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
