The holiday home for 25 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with six bunk beds and 15 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a radio, a heather, a CD player and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, four showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The surrounding region invites you to enjoy quad riding, cave biking, abseiling, and a 'jeep safari'. Excellent walking, cycling, and mountain biking trails run right nearby. You have forests starting at 1 km from home. At 3 km, you will find the town center with various supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and nice restaurants. The towns of Valkenburg aan de Geul, Maastricht, Aachen, and Liege are within easy reach and well worth a visit.

Central heating keeps you cozy. The open kitchen has everything you need to prepare lavish dinners with several cooks taking charge of it. You can watch TV or listen to the news on the radio while sitting in the living room. 2 pets are allowed for an additional charge.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
