General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, a bath, seven toilets and six washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave and two coffee makers.

This spacious, luxurious detached villa is located in Resort Arcen.

The villa is comfortable and fully equipped. There is a Smart TV in the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are six bedrooms and no less than six bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (they may or may not be of the ensuite type). On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. In one of the bathrooms is a nice and relaxing sunshower. The other bathrooms have a shower or bath. Layout and location in the villa may differ. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
