The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a heather and an infrared sauna. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins and six toilets.

These detached luxury villas (4-pers., BF-WJBJ and 16-pers., BF-YWRV) are located at Résidence Klein Vink. This is a lovely expansion of the existing Klein Vink holiday park. Adult guests on Résidence Klein Vink have free access to the Arcen Thermal Baths for 2.5 hours a day (subject to certain conditions). The villas are modern and luxuriously furnished. They have a dishwasher, washing machine, multiple bathrooms (one with a infrared sauna) and a lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. The 16 person variant consists of three separate apartments, which are transformed into a large luxury villa. You have two living rooms, three bathrooms and three washing machines. An ideal villa for a family weekend!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
