The holiday home for 24 persons has eight bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 24 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a trampoline, a terrace, a barbecue, a hot tub, a garden and a boules court and there are two saunas. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, a bath, six washbasins, eight showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridges, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with three coffee makers, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Vlagtwedde is a small town known for its picturesque landscape, rich history and cultural heritage. The place is located near the border with Germany and is surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. You can enjoy walking, cycling and fishing in the nearby nature reserves.

The play and water sports facilities are shared with the neighboring house, such as a net swing, a large trampoline, a horizontal bar and a seesaw. During the water sports season, from the beginning of May to September, the open tour boat with outboard motor is waiting at the jetty with bathing ladder (no license required). There is a spacious garden with a furnished terrace including lounge sofa, picnic table with thatched parasol, an outdoor spa and a cold water plunge pool.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
