General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna, a swimming pool, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a convection microwave.

This holiday villa is located in the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding, surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk.

This modernly furnished wellness villa is located at the edge of the forest. From here, you can reach the beautiful moors in just a few steps. The villa has two floors. Downstairs, you will find a living room with TV, an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find the second double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower and a nice (infrared) sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

The garden doors offer access to the garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

At Resort De Zanding, various holiday homes, chalets, villas and tiny houses can be booked for two to twenty people.

Resort De Zanding is a holiday park in development. This means that (construction) work can take place in parts of the holiday park. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
