General

The holiday home for 13 persons has two bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds, a single folding bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two televisions, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a football table and there are two sets of garden furniture, two boules courts and two table tennis tables. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two showers, five washbasins, a bath and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two washing machines, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playpen and a playground equipment and there are three cots and two high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two dishwashers, an oven and a coffee maker.

This is a beautiful 6-bedroom farmhouse for 13 people in the Dutch countryside of Neede. It offers a great view of the surrounding pastures and is full to the brim with games like table tennis, foosball, shovelboard, volleyball, and boules.

There are lovely forests and farms in the area where you can take walks or cycle to your heart's content. Neede has a sub-tropical swimming pool, as does Haaksbergen which is 10 km away. There's also a recreational lake in Hambrook, 7 km away. You will find supplies and restaurants within 5 km of the home.

The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace. It is child-friendly and has three children’s beds two high chairs, play equipment, and a playpen. You're allowed to bring up to 2 pets.

The Enschede Airport Twente is 30 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
