General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This detached, waterfront villa is located in the wooded holiday park Resort De Achterhoek in the beautiful region with the same name. Here you stay in the middle of nature, but nice cities are not far away. It is located 3.8 km. from the centre of Lochem and 13 km from the Hanseatic city of Zutphen

The villa is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice, bright living room with TV and an open plan kitchen equiped with dishwasher and combination microwave. There is one 2-pers. bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs there are three additional 2-pers. bedrooms and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

You reach the waterfront garden with terrace and garden furniture through one of the several patio doors. A nice place to relax. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

At the Resort De Achterhoek holiday park, various chalets, holiday homes and villas can be booked for four to twelve people.
(Note: There are unexpected works taking place at the swimming pool at EuroParcs de Achterhoek. Due to these works, the swimming pool will be closed until week 8. We offer our guests the opportunity to use the nearby swimming pool De Beemd in Lochem during their stay (at our expense). The guest can collect an entrance ticket for this at the reception.)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
