Additionally, there is a bunk bed with a guard rail for safety. The beds are made upon arrival, and there is space available to set up a cot if needed. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
