The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a heater. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool and garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The living room has a dining/sitting area with a TV and is heated by a stove. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen inventory (including plates and cutlery), a coffee maker, and a four-burner gas stove. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Standard there is 1 duvet and 1 pillow per person, on cold nights you need to provide extra blankets yourself. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

At the house, there is a parking space for 1 car.

For children, there is a possibility to rent a high chair, a playpen, and a baby bath.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
