General

This holiday home for 5 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and a microwave.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find kitchen textiles (for rent), bed linnen (compulsory rental) and bathroom textiles (for rent).

This park has water on two sides: the Meuse and the recreational lake called "the Esmeer". Upon first stepping into the park you will encounter the fresh smell of grass. But even outside there is plenty of fun and entertainment to be found. For example, there are wonderful cycling and walking routes where you can find true peace while enjoying the beauty of nature.

The recreational park aims at quality. This applies to all the amenities and facilities as well. You can moor your boat at one of the piers. The park has paved and lighted pathways. You can keep in touch with friends and family via the wireless internet of the park.

Thanks to the pool, and good restaurant facilities (café / bar, snack bar and ice cream), you will not encounter boredom in this park!

Enjoy the beautiful Betuwe landscape with its numerous sights.In the heart of the Betuwe there is a large, octagonal 200-year-old mill called "The Swallow". Meet the miller on a visit to this nostalgic mill. Meanwhile, children can enjoy their holiday on the playground and at the petting zoo.Many waterways flow along. It is surrounded by villages rich in history and a beautiful nature.Whe you arrive at the marina of Aalst on the Afgedamde Maas (a distributary of the Meuse River), you will see a real village scene with houses, trees and an old white church which really stands out. Once ashore you will at some point come to the old moat that was formerly a par to a castle with an interesting history.Before proceeding to the picturesque village of Aalst, enjoy a drink at one of the cozy terraces in the area.One moment you are in Gelderland, the next moment you are in Brabant and speaking with a soft "g." Via the nearby ferry you can sail to the Burgundian Brabant.Near the park you’ll find the recreational lake called “the Esmeer”, a wonderful place if you like fishing, surfing, swimming and other water sports. Adjacent to the park there is the great recreational area of “the Neswaarden”. Here you will find a grassy field, playground and a large swimming pool with a separate swimming area for children. In their own way, toddlers will thank you for an aquatic holiday.In the vicinity you will also want to visit: the Efteling, the Beekse Bergen, Loevestein Castle in Poederoijen, Hoppie’s Dooltuinen, City Safari (explore den Bosch), a unique cruise with the Rederij Wolthuis cruiseline, Piet Plezier, Happy View tea gardens in Maurik, the Zwaluw windmill in Kesteren, and the golf course of Batuwe in Zoelen.

On several meters of Module 5 persons Wellness you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. You can shop in Aalst on 1,2 kilometer from your holiday home. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming, shopping, going out, play minigolf, golfing, water sports and your holiday home's surroundings features fitness. You can also relax, because near Module 5 persons Wellness in Aalst you can go to the city, the water or a spa.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
