Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds, 1 pull-out bed and hand-basin. Wooden floors, carpet. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Supermarket 1.5 km, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "St. Odulphusstraat" 1.4 km, railway station "Stavoren" 2.3 km, sandy beach "IJsselmeer" 1 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
