The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a sandbox, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, a bath and two washbasins.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms (both with a double bed), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the basement there are two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds), a bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet and a wonderful sauna to relax in.

This villa is beautifully situated in the unique rolling Gaasterland landscape, surrounded by land and water, forest and meadow, lakes and trees, near the IJsselmeer. These ingredients make this area one of the most beautiful regions of Friesland. Take the car or get on your bike; This villa is a stone's throw from the epic Eleven Cities Route, but also near Oudemirdum, Sneek, Langweer, Workum, water sports resort Lemmer, the smallest Eleven Cities town of Sloten, picturesque Hindeloopen and other beautiful places in beautiful Friesland. Sondel is located about 5 km from the Slotermeer. So you can enjoy water sports, rent a sloop or a sailing boat on the Slotermeer or kite surfing on the IJsselmeer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
