General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath, a toilet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area and the open kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom.

This bungalow is beautifully situated in the unique rolling Gaasterland landscape, amidst land and water, forest and meadow, lakes and trees, near the IJsselmeer. These ingredients make this area one of the most beautiful regions of Friesland. Take the car or get on your bike; this bungalow is a stone's throw from the epic Elfsteden route, but also near Oudemirdum, Sneek, Langweer, Workum, water sports resort Lemmer, the smallest Elfsteden town Sloten, picturesque Hindeloopen and other beautiful places in beautiful Friesland. Sondel is located about 5 km from the Slotermeer. So you can enjoy water sports, rent a sloop or a sailing boat on the Slotermeer or kitesurf on the IJsselmeer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
