The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture and there are two gardens and three atmospheric fireplaces. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, three showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has three fridges, a Internet connection (wireless) and two washing machines.

The kitchen is equipped with three ovens, three microwaves, three dishwashers and four coffee makers.

These beautiful, fully restored Wadden cottages are located next to each other in Paesens against the Wadden Sea.
They have a garden and together they are suitable for 14 people. Ideal for 3 families who want to go on holiday together and value their own privacy, but also for friends who want to be together.

The sea wall borders the front gardens and this makes the location of the cottages unique! The villages of Paesens-Moddergat are located right on the UNESCO World Heritage site The Wadden Sea. Behind the Wadden Sea wall you can take beautiful walks and the Wadden Sea walking centre is around the corner.

The cottages have been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. During the renovation, the characteristic elements have been preserved and nothing has changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comfort of today. Everything you need is present and both cottages are equipped with luxury equipment and an extensive fitted kitchen.
The cottages have underfloor heating, solar panels and are extremely sustainably furnished and renovated. There is a combi microwave, induction hob, fridge, washing machine and coffee makers, everything is new.

The houses can also be rented separately via house codes BF-J54PF (4 persons), BF-7PZ6C (4 persons) and BF-J2NRY (6 persons).

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
