The badroom is equipped with two showers, four toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has two washing machines, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

These beautiful, fully restored Wadden cottages are located next to each other in Paesens against the Wadden Sea.
They have a garden and together they are suitable for 8 people. Ideal for 2 families who want to go on holiday together and value their own privacy, but also for friends who want to be together.

The sea wall borders the front gardens and this makes the location of the cottages unique! The villages of Paesens-Moddergat are located right on the UNESCO World Heritage site The Wadden Sea. Behind the Wadden Sea wall you can take beautiful walks and the Wadden Sea walking centre is around the corner.

Both cottages are suitable for 4 people. The cottages have been completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. During the renovation, the characteristic elements have been preserved and nothing has changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, combined with the conveniences and comfort of today. Everything you need is available and both cottages are equipped with luxury equipment and an extensive kitchen. The houses have underfloor heating, solar panels and are extremely sustainably furnished and renovated. There is a combi microwave, induction hob, fridge, washing machine and coffee makers, everything is new.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
