General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions. In addition there is a hot tub, a garden, a terrace and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

At Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis you will find the Watervilla Patrijs Wellness Plus 8. This spacious holiday villa with private sauna and outdoor hot tub is suitable for up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 floors.

The living room is furnished with a sitting area with smart TV and sound bar. The adjoining open kitchen with dining area is equipped with a boiling water tap, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and a combination microwave.

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single box springs, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single box springs and a TV. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.

Watervilla Patrijs Wellness Plus 8 has a furnished terrace with a dining area and lounge sofa at the front and the back. The terrace has an outdoor hot tub and a traditional sauna. In the summer, there are 2 sun loungers. The villa borders the inner harbour at the back. Here you will also find your own jetty where you can moor your (rented) boat or go fishing.

You can use Wi-Fi for free and there is parking for a maximum of one car at the villa. At the villa you will find a private charging station for your electric car. In addition, there are central parking spaces in the park. You can also use an indoor storage room, charging point for your electric bicycle and a washing machine and dryer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
