The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heater, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a porch, a sauna, a pond and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a stove and a convection microwave.

This special water villa is located in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve called the Wijde Ee and features a private sauna overlooking the water. Please note! This house can only be reached by boat. It is possible to reserve a boat (for a fee) at one of the many rental agencies.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
