The living room can be reached through the hall and is a very nice space with lots of light. The home's open kitchen is in direct contact with the living room and is fully equipped. The beautiful gas fireplace enhances the atmosphere in the evenings. Behind the sliding doors is a separate TV room. Ideal for the children, for example. Here you will also find an extra bathroom with toilet. Very practical with a large group.
Upstairs there are four 2-pers. bedrooms, all of which are equipped with good box-spring beds, a smart TV, and two of these bedrooms even have an en-suite bathroom. For the other two bedrooms, there is a fourth bathroom on the landing, which also boasts a Finnish sauna. Such luxury!
On nice days you like to be outside. This villa also fully provides. The wooden deck is a wonderful place to sit in the lounge set or eat at the spacious dining table. Thanks to the presence of a swimming ladder, you can take a refreshing dip yourself and there is even a jetty for your own or rented boat. If you have an electric car, you can charge it at the accommodation!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
