General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This stylish lodge can accommodate four people and has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, smart TV and a private mooring for your boat. The open kitchen, centrally located in the lodge, is directly connected to the cozy living room, where daylight enters through the large sliding doors. At the end of the afternoon, you can relax under the spacious veranda, enjoying a cup of tea or a good glass of wine with a view of the water.

The lodge is located on a spacious plot with two parking spaces and a private mooring for your sloop or sailing boat. Delfstrahuizen, known as the "Gateway to the Frisian Lakes", gives you direct access to the Tjeukemeer, and from there you can sail to Sneek, Lemmer, or even towards Drenthe and Overijssel.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
