The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace, a heather, a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a boules court, a garden, a barbecue, a pond, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a bar and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a shower, two toilets and a bath with shower.

The holiday home has two fridges, two freezers, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, a stovetop and a dishwasher.

Enjoy peace, space and nature in our luxurious and cosy Villa Bosrijk. Layout: On the ground floor is the spacious living room (100m2), which is stylishly and warmly decorated, with underfloor heating. It is equipped with a LED TV, blu-ray player, gas heater and spacious dining area. Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious kitchen diner which includes a breakfast bar and all necessary appliances (including induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). There is also a lockable utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, extra (large) fridge and ironing facilities. Internet (free wifi) is available throughout the house. Through the French doors in the living room, you walk straight into the garden, which completely surrounds the house. It is a space brand-new renovated garden with garden furniture and a beautiful pond. You can walk straight into the woods from the garden, which has plenty of greenery. On the first floor are no fewer than five spacious bedrooms. Each has a spacious double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). There are two bathrooms on the first floor with all the necessary amenities.

Peace, space and nature are things we still enjoy in Villa Bosrijk. Due to our busy existence, we can unfortunately only occasionally use our beautiful villa, which is why we decided to rent it out, so that you too can enjoy the luxury of our Villa and the peace, space and nature around it. We wish you a lot of pleasure in 'Villa Bosrijk'.

In the immediate vicinity are many fun outings for young and old. Walibi amusement park is only a 25-minute drive away and the dolphinarium is also nearby (15-minute drive). It is also worth visiting the various nice places in the area, such as Harderwijk with its old city centre, fortress town Elburg or Bunschoten-spakenburg. At the fairytale Hans & Grietje, young and old will enjoy themselves while enjoying a delicious pancake. A city trip to Amsterdam or Utrecht is also highly recommended, just a 40-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
