General

The holiday home for 20 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds or two single beds and eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a set of garden furniture, a bar, a barbecue, a hot tub and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, eight showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and toys.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

Imagine... enjoying yourself with your friends or family on a 1.5 hectare estate in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Drenthe. That is possible at country house Hezenes. This farm villa has 8 neatly maintained bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room and a conservatory. The professional kitchen is richly equipped. In the atmospheric Bar-Lounge you have a Manetti Espresso machine and double coffee grinder, beer tap and wine climate cabinet.

There are no neighbours on the 1.5 hectare estate. So you can do as you please. There is plenty of parking space in front of the door and you can walk from the Buitenplaats straight into the endless forests of the Drents-Friese Wold. Diever is a 5-minute walk away. Dwingeloo is 10 minutes away.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
