Notable nearby attractions include a 15-minute drive to Popeye village, Malta National Aquarium/Ta Fra Ben bay, and Mdina, the Silent fortified City. The surrounding coast also features rocky bathing spots ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

The property consists of a main villa and a cottage. The fully air-conditioned villa features 5 bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom. The cottage, located 100m away, contains 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a billiard table. Both properties offer essential amenities such as a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and microwave.

Surrounded by mature trees and natural spring water, the property exudes tranquility and a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. A private pool area with hammocks, swings, and sunbeds offers relaxation opportunities. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
