The property is located in Qawra on the northeastern coast of Malta. It is a 20-minute walk from the neighbouring towns of St. Paul's Bay and Bugibba. The National Aquarium, Ix-Xtajta tal-Qawra Beach, and Qawra Point Beach are both a 14-minute walk. The coastal hiking area Bluebel and Bugibba Perched Beach are both a 9-minute walk from the apartment. The area is a popular tourist resort with many bars, clubs, and restaurants. The town is also home to many water sports including kayaking, snorkeling, and diving. The nearest supermarket is next door, while the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home.

The apartment is quietly situated on the third floor of a contemporary apartment building. It enjoys a light, modern interior with cool marble flooring and well-chosen furnishings. The open-plan living room opens out onto a small balcony through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and American fridge freezer. The ensuite master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 17-minute walk away and offers a glimpse into Malta's military past. A short drive (approximately 20 minutes) will take you to the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the historic city of Mdina. The area offers many water sports activities and the nearest international airport is Malta Airport, a 40-minute drive from the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
