Qawra is located on the northeastern coast of Malta, an 18-minute walk from the neighbouring towns of St. Paul's Bay and Bugibba. The National Aquarium, Qawra Point Beach and Bugibba Beach (perfect for soaking up the sun) are both a 15-minute walk from the apartment. For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 15-minute walk away and offers a glimpse into Malta's military past. A short drive (20 minutes) will take you to the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the historic city of Mdina.

The spacious, main living space leads out to the balcony and is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped, digital flat-screen TV and a large dining table. The separate kitchen is fitted with; a breakfast bar for three, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a fridge freezer. The property comfortably sleeps five guests and benefits from a small balcony. Three bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, a shared bathroom, and additional amenities like air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, garage, and laundry facilities.

The area is a popular tourist resort with many bars, clubs, and restaurants. The town also offers water sports activities such as kayaking, snorkelling, diving, banana boat rides, speed boats, and jet ski rides. The nearest supermarket is next door, while the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
