General

This holiday home for 10 persons has five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a fireplace. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a garden, an air conditioner, a balcony, garden furniture, a swimming pool, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection and a fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with a waterboiler, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a stovetop (gas), a coffee maker and a microwave.

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

The villa is located in the village of Munxar on the Western side of Gozo. Munxar is a small village with a town square featuring a small selection of regional shops selling local produce and restaurants. It is close to the beautifully rugged west coast and the famous Xlendi Bay and Cliffs, popular for its beach and shallow waters. The island of Gozo can be conveniently traveled by car and public transport, with historical tours, treks, and water sports easily accessible from anywhere on the island. The capital of Gozo, Victoria, is a 5-minute car journey away and offers many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Island's main Farmer's market. Victoria is also home to the famous Citadel. Mgarr Harbour is 15 minutes away by car and is home to the ferry terminal with frequent ferries to the Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta.

The villa is built in the traditional Gozan style with beautiful archways showcasing stunning rooms. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped, and the adjoining dining area features a large dining table seating eight. The well-furnished living area seats up to six people with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and large French windows that overlook the terrace. The central courtyard provides a beautiful quiet space.

The villa offers panoramic views of the verdant valley below from its three-tier terrace. The outdoor spaces include a charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, separate seating area, and sun loungers. The large swimming pool features its own grotto, making it a perfect place to soak in the sun, dine al fresco, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
