The bright, open-plan living space also incorporates the kitchen/dining room and is comfortably furnished with a 6-seater sofa and a smart flatscreen satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a large dining table.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
