Open small sleeping alcove, without window, without wardrobe with 1 double bed and fan. Upper floor: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. Large kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
