The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles.

In Villa Venezia with swimming pool, directly on the lake, luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and large terraces for a family holiday or a group of up to 5 people!

The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a bright and spacious living room consisting of two comfortable armchairs, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, citrus press, coffee machine and toaster.

Through a French door you can access the large private terrace with dining table and chairs with a wonderful view of the lake and the green of the lake!

At the back there is another covered veranda with garden, ideal for families with children!

The apartment, complete with air conditioning in all rooms, offers a master bedroom with comfortable double bed and wardrobe together, the room also overlooks the terrace and enjoys a wonderful view of the lake.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed and a comfortable wardrobe.

The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

Guests can conveniently park their car in the private parking space inside the residence.

The beautiful swimming pool, shared with very few apartments of the villa, is available from April 15th to October 15th.

With a small additional charge, possibility of providing a cot and a child seat.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
