General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a balcony or terrace and a bar. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Ideal destination for families: in a quiet, very green area, in the middle of the Golf Club Paradiso del Garda golf course, equipped with extensive sports facilities and not far from Peschiera. A large swimming pool with pool bar completes the offer. The complex consists of four buildings, each with two floors, a mini market (online only with delivery service) for small purchases is also available. In addition, as a guest of the Residence Eden, you can use the facilities of the Parc Hotel (500 m away) - these include an indoor pool and WiFi access, as well as the hotel's garage (subject to availability), restaurants, a bar, the wellness and sports center. A free shuttle bus also takes you to Peschiera.

Peschiera is certainly the most characteristic place on Lake Garda, situated on the flat southern shore, surrounded by gentle meadows and forests. The town center consists of three built-up and inhabited islands located where Lake Garda flows into the Mincio. The best way to discover the city is to take a walk through the star-shaped old town, which extends over one of the islands and is towered over by the mighty fortress.

WIFI only in the reception area.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Residence Eden, Peschiera - Type C in Castelnuovo del Garda you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
