On the second floor, with stunning views out over the beautiful Umbrian countryside, this apartment has an open-plan living area with terracotta floors and a large window. It features a sofa, a wooden cupboard, and a dining table for 4. The new, fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. A modern, chestnut wood staircase leads up to a mezzanine.

In this airy mezzanine bedroom, with a large skylight, there is a comfortable double bed. The sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable double bed.

The town of Spello is an ideal base from which to explore the gems of Umbria. It has many interesting historical sites. There are many walks directly from the town through olive groves and past Roman ruins, where visitors can enjoy the countryside in peace. Assisi, with its famous cathedrals and shrines to St Francis, is just 20 minutes away by car. The stunning city of Perugia is a 30-minute drive. The town of Montefalco (30 minutes) is famous for its fine red wines. Visitors will find many different vineyards where they can try the wine and buy directly from the producers.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
