Spread over three floors, the interior of the house has been beautifully restored and features traditional terracotta tiled floors. On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining room with arched windows that overlook the street. The sitting area is equipped with an open fireplace, two sofas, and a Smart TV. The dining area, which seats four, is located next to an antique wooden dresser. At the far end of the room is the separate kitchen, which includes a hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine.The three bedrooms are located on the upper floors. The staircase leads to a stunning roof terrace with a table and chairs, offering guests a place to relax and enjoy the 360° views of the Umbrian countryside. There is also a smaller terrace off the second floor with sun loungers for guests to use.Sleeping ArrangementsBedroom 1: This charming bedroom features a double bed and large windows with views over the rooftops. The room is furnished with a large antique wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a workspace with a chair and desk lamp. There are many walks directly from the town through olive groves and past Roman ruins, where visitors can enjoy the countryside in peace. Assisi, with its famous cathedrals and shrines to St Francis, is just 20 minutes away by car. The stunning city of Perugia is a 30-minute drive. The town of Montefalco (30 minutes) is famous for its fine red wines. Visitors will find many different vineyards where they can try the wine and buy directly from the producers.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
