The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the garden, to the loggia. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with open-hearth fireplace. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.04. to 15.10. On the lower ground floor: living room. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. The double bedroom with bathroom and living room located a the ground floor are externally connected with the other rooms.

Located between Tuscany and Umbria, makes easily reachable many places of historical and cultural interest . Rustic, comfortable country house "Pietreto", 390 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1700, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Paciano, in a secluded position, 14 km from the lake. Private: garden 5'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 13.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Bumpy motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Chiusi" 13 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 14 km. There is a lake/open water less than 14 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Pietreto in Paciano you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
